This report seeks to inform our members, partners and friends about KWN activities in 2010 towards the achievement of our objectives. The report includes six sections based on the programs identified in the KWN work plan for 2010: 1)Increasing womens participation in politics and decision-making; 2) Empowering voters; 3) Improving womens health; 4) Decreasing trafficking and domestic violence; 5) Increasing womens involvement in regional peace-building; and 6) Strengthening the capacity of the network. Pėrmes kėsaj deklarate, shprehim shqetėsimin tonė tė thellė pėr procesin zgjedhor tė 12 dhjetorit. Nė shumė pjesė tė Kosovės, procesi i votimit u shoqėrua me parregullsi serioze qė pėr qėllim kishin manipulimin e vullnetit tė qytetarėve tė vendit.
Ne konsiderojmė se njė proces zgjedhor, i deformuar nga shkeljet e shumta tė ligjit dhe tė normave dhe standardeve ndėrkombėtare pėr zgjedhjet nuk mund tė shėrbejė si bazė pėr krijimin e institucioneve demokratike dhe legjitime.
Nė prag tė trevjetorit tė pavarėsisė saj, Kosova ka nevojė tė dėrgojė porosi pjekurie nė botė. Njė Kosovė, me imazh jodemokratik me institucione tė kontestuara do tė ketė pak shanse tė jetė e suksesshme nė pėrmbylljen e kapitullit tė shtetformimit.
Prandaj kėrkojmė:
- ndėrmarrjen e tė gjitha veprimeve qė sigurojnė transparencėn e plotė tė tė procesit zgjedhor, duke pėrfshirė edhe raportimin detaj nga Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve pėr ēdo vendvotim.
- angazhimin e tė gjithė mekanizmave shtetėrorė, pėrfshi policinė dhe prokurorinė, pėr tė zbuluar dhe ndėshkuar tė gjitha manipulimet zgjedhore
- dhe pėrsėritjen e procesit tė votimit nė tė gjitha pjesėt e Kosovės, ku zbulohet edhe shkelja mė e vogėl e vullnetit tė qytetarėve
